Yesterday I went for a run with Diego, his sisters, Paul Lake, and 2 more that I'm sorry guys not knowing their names, we left the sports center, went along the Blue House to take the ride and down to the Miramar, and there I turned back to the cop again, I left a 38 minutes, and according to google bike program I get 7.100 meters, more oh less, leaving a rate of around 5'25 " that for lleba 10 days without doing anything, is pretty good.
